Simple mod that took idea from the CCOR bandolier patch about making the shoulder pad bandoliers into a weak light armor

For those of us who didn't like CCOR, but did like the armor rating of the bandoliers, this does the same thing but doesn't require CCOR or its patch, in fact its actually incompatible
All this mod does is make all shoulder pad variants of the bandoliers into a light armor
This is not compatible with CCOR, because it does the same thing(and then some).
Other mods:
Dragonbone Crossbow - Simply adds a Dragonbone crossbow and corresponding bolts.
CCOR Bandoliers patch fix - fixes the changes made by the bandolier patch for CCOR that severely nerfs the bandoliers for no reason.
Arcane Spellsword - A sword that I modeled and PraedythXVI textured.
