Seeing the positive reaction from y’all has pushed me to keep going with this mod. I’m going to do the falmer weapons and misc. other items as well to keep the whole falmer line uniform in color and quality.
If you have any other Falmer mods like “ Falmer by Kajuan”, or even Skimpy armor versions my textures should work with them if said mods use the vanilla textures. I would load them after mine. Use my mod as a platform to build up from, or try them in different orders to see which textures you like better!
Looks great, and the glow is really fitting. In addition to the patches made by Gutmaw, the MA for Better-Shaped Bows of the Heavens SE now has an included patch to cover the Falmer Bow.
Honestly these textures are just vanilla quality with changed colors/saturation. They look really awful up close. I wish someone made a real 4K retexture of Falmer stuff.
This is an amazing mod and really does justice to the Falmer overall and was a really untouched part of the game that is now thankfully completed. I endorsed this and left you kudos for work well done. Thanks this takes a deserved place in my load order now!
Heads up for anyone using Immersive creatures: Immersive Creatures adds extra Falmer variants with their own models, so there won't be any glow on those unless you add the glow texture and properties to each mesh. This had me so confused for a while until I thought to check IC's files.
Seconding this, and would also love to see ones for Heavy Armory and Immersive Weapons too since they both add new falmer weapons, with Immersive Weapons still using vanilla textures even with retexture mods like Book of Silence.
Beasts of Tamriel has several creatures/items that use the vanilla falmer/chaurus textures. Also a few of Mihail's mods(Thri-Kreen Warriors/High Fantasy Pack and Falmer Abyssraiders).

You’ll get the new textures and still get the little glowing green parts from this mod.
