HAH NPC OVERHAUL

HAH overhauls over 200 NPCs throughout Skyrim using Hallgarth's excellent additional hair mod, the only hair mod that I think actually fits in the game as it re-purposes vanilla hair meshes in lore-friendly styles. Unfortunately it only adds the hairs for the PC. There was a overhaul mod for Oldrim that I used to use. I was going to convert it and then just thought, meh why not just make my own? Note that this does NOT edit the facial morphology of NPCs. Some NPCs have had minor changes to beards and warpaints where vanilla bugged me in some way or the whim took me. I've also added the handful of new beards from Hallgarths mod to certain NPCs where appropriate. Pointy elven beards FTW.

I've tried to make the changes not too out of character but it's somewhat subjective. And I don't want to go changing everyone, or too many characters who have headgear so you never see the changes anyway. Most followers or hirelings have been edited in some way, and a number of faction members to boot. Not many Orcs or Khajiits as there's a only a small amount of additional hairs for those races. No Argonians have been harmed in the making of this mod. It will work with whatever face textures you have installed.

INSTALLATION
Install with your usual method. Face Gen files are included. If you are using other NPC overhauls and prefer those just load them after this mod (both the in the load order AND the modlist, so that the right facegen files win . Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch is required as it's fixes are incorporated. If I've appeared to have missed exporting a facegen file, do let me know. I always get the F4 key mixed up with the Delete key.

Requiem users can load the mod before Requiem and add HAH NPC Overhaul.esp to the [NpcVisuals] entry in the Reqtificator.ini so edits from both mods are carried over. Note that if you have a another mod that edits one of the NPCs that this mod and Requiem edit, the ini tweak wont work and you'll need to do that NPC manually in xEdit.

FAQ
Q: Do you need a FAQ?
A: No.

Q: I got the grey face of doom...
A: The short of it is if a mod edits an NPCs appearance in an esp and the facegen files do not match - grey face happens. You likely either have a mod that is overwriting the NPC in an esp, reverting visual changes, or the facegen files are being overwritten. If you have another NPC replacer you want to use just load both esp and mod after this, and check for file overwrites in your mod organiser.

Q: Does your mod have big boobehs and resplendent schlongs?
A: No.

Q: I am disappoint...
A: No.
