This mod will useful for players using Static Skill Leveling mod which requires that skills are not increase when used. With Skyrim Skill Uncapper mod, Lockpick still increase when used. Even if you set skill multiplier 0.000000 it will not work correctly, because when you start New Game, when you use your skill once - it will increase to 100. But in this mod i was able to avoid this bugs.
