Thanks for this. Now that the Treasure Hunter For SSE mod has been updated to v1.2 with some navmesh fixes, is there any further need for this fix? Have you had time to investigate yet?

No longer needed according to the original mod author of Treasure Hunter. Don't use Tweaks and Fixes either. (just stay with all three though if you're on an existing save with 1.1 of TH)

Thanks. Yes, LooT also seems to agree.

Why is manual install the only option? It would work with a mod manager download as well.

    Anyway thank you for this!

+1, mod manager download is better for sharing modlists (the fewer steps the better).

But, TY for the fix nonetheless!

I don't understand: How is this any different from https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/31345?

That one still has one deleted navmesh, which can cause crashes. In this version that navmesh has been fixed

    Happy new year, felipeshaman
Thanks for your looking into the issue.
As I mentioned on the required-file page, I'd like to know where was (were) the offending nasmesh(es) and "walk" around for trouble. Or is it not necessary? (grin)

EDIT: I was/am joking. LOOT approves.
