Interesting - obviously working for me and no black face, but I did have an issue with black faces caused by another mod not exporting its own facegen data. I'll look into it and check the archive does have the facegen I am expecting;
As for not selling anything - not Torben? Silana I can understand if added to an existing save, but I've not seen Torben fail at all.

Hello thanks for reply, i've checked by myself for correcting, ok torben sells amulets, but for the black face i cant resolve it, one time i've have this bug on vampire race because of a mod that change the value of the carry weight of the race, but easy to fix with xEdit, but i see no conflict mod with amulet merchant but i still have the dark face...

I wish with this you can help me, this is not the lone mod i have this bug, with another mod that adds new character i have the same issue, if you can help me to resolve it with xEdit it's be great !
I found out what causes this. The Weapons Armor Clothing & Clutter Fixes mod, when combined with a bashed patch, will overwrite the tags you placed for amulet vendors on the vanilla amulet records. Torben also seems to have no face tint data as far as I can tell, which could be the cause though I am not too familiar with face tint bugs.
It seems adding the "Keywords" bashed tag has fixed this issue, however, you may need to make a version that carries over some changes from the WACCF if you want some consistency. This mod should also be loaded after WACCF after that tag has been added.
Hi. Thanks for looking into this. I did do the Creation Kit F4 thing on Torben, but I'll look again and re-upload if required.
Am interested in the bashed patch comments. Is there anything I can do inside the mod to carry things through? Some keywords I could add that would add compatibility with the WACCF whilst not breaking vanilla? I'm not a user of that mod, but happy to take a look if to see if can be smoothed over.

I wish with this you can help me, this is not the lone mod i have this bug, with another mod that adds new character i have the same issue, if you can help me to resolve it with xEdit it's be great !
Am interested in the bashed patch comments. Is there anything I can do inside the mod to carry things through? Some keywords I could add that would add compatibility with the WACCF whilst not breaking vanilla? I'm not a user of that mod, but happy to take a look if to see if can be smoothed over.
