Silana Petreia now sells Amulets of the Eight Divines. Also adds a new NPC, Torben, who also sells amulets. Now you can complete your Hearthfire home shrine without having to loot every dungeon in Skyrim desperately searching for that last amulet...
Rationale:
I always thought Silana had interesting unique dialogue and should play a larger role in the game, so hopefully this little detail adds a bit more depth and a reason to be speaking with her. Her selling amulets as a fundraiser to help the community seems completely in keeping with her character.
Torben has been added for those who wish to add the mod to an existing save. The reason is technical - the selling dialogue is a handled as a quest which is 'Start Game Enabled'. If you are on an existing save, then the start of the game has already happened and you will not get the option of asking Silana if she has anything for sale. Torben, however, gets created when you add this mod so he will have the dialogue enabled.

I cannot ask Silana to sell me an amulet, what's wrong?
You're likely adding to an existing save - because of the StartGameEnabled issue mentioned in the main description, Silana won't speak to you in an existing save. Speak with Torben instead - that's specifically why I created Torben.
Neither Silana nor Torben will sell me an Amulet of Talos?
Well of course not - these are Amulets of the Divines, filthy Stormcloak rebel. Slightly less judgementally, I thought about this and decided that it would feel wrong if in the Temple of the Eight Divines you could buy an Amulet of Talos. I usually find those amulets are easy to acquire however, just visit your local Stormcloak camp and...err...'introduce' yourself.
There aren't many amulets for sale?
Yes - deliberate choice. The amulets will restock in two days as per normal merchants. The idea is that these are something special and rare, so they're not going to have fifty of them lying around in a cupboard.

Compatibility:
- This mod adds a new NPC and a merchant chest to the interior of Temple of the Divines, so there may be conflicts with anything which radically changes the interior.
- Adds a new keyword to Amulets of the Divines, so there may be conflict with anything that makes changes to those amulets. Reskins/retextures will be fine however.
Upgrading 1.0.x -> v1.1.x mid-game:
- Torben might disappear. If so, add him back in with
player.placeatme xx0022EA 1
