For ease of patch making please not only provide the nexus url to the mod but also details of number of baths etc and if outside/inside. This makes it easier to find them in the creation kit. Been meaning to post this request for ages! :)
Announcing version 7.0.0 : Experimental because I've changed how the player undressing is implemented, it is now done using a spell like the NPC undressing is done. The activator/triggerbox scripts now determine if undressing/redressing should take place and if so cast the spell. Every patch has been opened in xedit and some in the CK to disable house built in undressing for NPCs and replace with activators from this mod so that almost all NPCs are managed by the MCM menu. This was a lot of patches and script rewriting:) So this is experimental is while users have the opportunity to test. I just didn't have time to actually playtest every patch so please try on your favourite house with a spare save and report any issues. NPCs now have a separate toggle in the MCM for disabling undressing.
The motivation here is to remove the main part of the player undressing from the individual triggerbox scripts, so that if there is added MCM functionality in the future, it only needs to be added in one place:) By removing all my scripts that were added to playerhome mod triggerboxes, disabling and then adding my own activators for NPCs, I ensure that in the future, should I need to alter the scripts properties I only need to do that in my support esp - dz_undress_common.esp - and all new properties will be inherited by existing patches.
As said earlier, this should have been done from the beginning, but I plead total newbishness at the time! Not that I can claim expertise now:) If you find that you get papyrus errors regarding properties from previous versions of scripts it shouldn't cause a problem, but if it does prevent you doing stuff like lodgen etc. then let me know.
This is not marked as the main Vortex download yet, however I intend to put all new patches only into the experimental version from now on.
Hello Dizietemblesssma, I've just moved from 6.3.0 to 7.0.5.4.
The Lucky Skeever and The Grand Bathhouse don't seem to undress the player nor the npc anymore. I've checked the others that I could, and they all seem to be working fine ... Dibellan Baths, Whiterun Home, Leafrest, Watermist Shack, Asteria, The Naked Dragon, Stonewater Cabin, Rift's Rest, ETAC, Silverpeak Lodge, Mona Alta.
If it's okay with you, or anyone who has these 2 in their load order, are they still working with 7.0.5.4?
Thanks again for everything. Your mod is a blessing to mankind. :)
I think this came from the mass update a while back using xedit to update patches, I seem to have got some erroneous 'initially disabled' flags set. Can you test, the Grand Bathhouse may still need tweaking in the outside?
First off, when I started WryeBash, it gave me this ... Warnings. The following warnings were found: Unrecognized Versions dz_grandbathhouse.esp dz_lucky_skeever.esp
Then when I loaded a save game, it said this ... This save relies on content that is no longer present. Some objects may no longer be available. Continue Loading? dz_grandbathhouse.esp dz_lucky_skeever.esp
... which is weird, because I checked both the older and latest version of your mod in the load order, and the exact same names were there, in the exact same priority number.
Anyway, both the Lucky Skeever and The Grand Bathhouse had perfect NPC undressing, even the outside for The Grand Bathhouse, but the Player did not undress.
I have noticed for sometime whenever I start a new game, and that has been frequently for quite a while, I get multiple notifications like this:
Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 1 Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 2 Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 3 Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 4 Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 5 Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 6 Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 7 Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 8 Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 9 Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 10 Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 11 Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 12
If it just happened once it would not be a big deal, but I have been starting a lot of new games.
The mod has had updates in its life, each update that requires new properties etc,. in the script has an 'update' section in the mcm script for the new version's variables, so if you have version 10 installed and you update to the latest you will see: Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 11 Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 12 amd then never again unless you start a new game, the mcm script sections look like this: Event OnVersionUpdate(Int a_version) debug.trace("DPHBU - OnVersionUpdate event") ; a_version is the new version, CurrentVersion is the old version If (a_version >= 2 && CurrentVersion < 2) Debug.Trace(self + ": Updating Diziet's Undressing MCM script to version 2") Debug.Notification("Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 2") playerchoice = OPTION_FLAG_DISABLED npcchoice = OPTION_FLAG_DISABLED optionsenable = OPTION_FLAG_DISABLED EndIf
;;;adds and extra slot (slot_61) to item exemption;;; If (a_version >= 3 && CurrentVersion < 3) Debug.Trace(self + ": Updating Diziet's Undressing MCM script to version 3") Debug.Notification("Diziet's Undressing MCM menu updating to Version 3") EndIf ...cut... the version numbers are internal and are not reflected in the version numbers on Nexus.
Hi, re-reading my post, I did not mean to sound like am complaining. I really appreciate your mod!
I think what you are saying is that this is just how the mod is designed; nothing is wrong. Since none of my other mods do this I was wondering. I can live with it.
Are you opposed to making patches for non-Nexus mods? Whiterun Public bathhouse by amilovescake has a script but it seems buggy on my end and unreliable for NPCs to redress Her script also outright breaks when compacting, so your esl flagged patched would save me a load order spot :)
mod page if interested:https://www.amilovescakemods.com/home/mods/whiterun-public-bathhouse
There's one large bath and an open sauna/brothel area that make sense to be undressed in.
I've looked at the site and the author credits me for my scripts, which is nice; but when I examined the decompiled versions of theirs I can see they haven't quite got it. I'd rather liaise with them to help them but the contact page on their site requires signing into a google account, but I don't have one:) I shall ponder.
For breezehome TNF expanded Redux, it already includes an undressing script in it's bath/pool, so I believe you need to replace it, otherwise it will trigger instead vs your script. I noticed this when some of the item slots I ticked weren't working properly and it was just blanket unequipping:
here's the reference in the breezehome mod for the activator
I think it also has 3 swimming pools one when you enter on the left 2nd its a secret location where you teleport to the garden also has a pool lastly the pool where you go to the end of the hall on the left
Help me out, here is the interior in the CK, the green freehand on the left is the round pool with chairs the one on the right is I assume the pool in the 'secret' teleport location, I can't find the others could you point them out for me: https://i.imgur.com/f7Ar1US.png there is water at the very far end (top of picture) but they don't look like swimmiong pools to me
hey.... well lol So i've had rayek's original mod for like ever. in the original mod there was a pool at the end of the hall on the left! but in the fixed version it doesn't have it! im sorry haha for your troubles! I always go there and drop my stuff or craft and leave! never realized the fixed version removed the 3rd pool :( !

If it just happened once it would not be a big deal, but I have been starting a lot of new games.
I also have Diziet's Player Home Bath Undressing for SkyrimSE - Settings Loader.
This takes some time and I am not sure why this is happening. It seems... maybe not good?
