I LOVE this version of Honeyside but I'm having an issue with the bed position... On the first load, there was no bed. Strange. Created a new save then the bed appeared in its vanilla position and merging with the table...You can see how it looks here. I've installed this on new saves only, I have no other mods overhauling Honeyside or Riften. This is a huge pity because it's such a cosy interpretation of this little home.
I found that after uninstall/reinstall that problem was gone, ran LOOT, problem reappear. LOOT puts mod fairly high in load order, so I put Annas Honeyside near bottom of load order and all seems well again, so I have no idea what is causing conflict. But maybe it will work for you.
So I downloaded all of your homes (I LOVE very specific storage containers!) and a lot of them have some parts where objects are floating without the tables, or like Breezeside has a children's room mashed into an enchanting room, but Honeyside specifically, all of the rooms downstairs except the like.. workroom with the alchemy table, have doors that just open to blue nothingness.
To be clear, I have purchases no home upgrades for any of the homes (I didn't see a recommendation to do it on this one's page).
Here's a link to show what I am talking about. I also have no city upgrades. Also not sure if I downloaded each of the homes from their individual pages or the homes all in one page, but they are the newest versions.
I have said to others, I do not have these problems when testing on a NEW game. Have you tried this? If you are using on existing game, might need to purge the interior cell, idk. All the added floors, walls, doors etc. are new objects not attached to any packages and should absolutely be properly rendered and visible, designed as such to allow for all crafting and children's room simultaneously without having to choose. I need more info than just "a lot of them," I need SPECIFIC details of what and where. I do not have time to go checking every single thing b/c one person has issues that I do not. Does "Breezeside" mean Breezehome or Honeyside?? City upgrades should not matter unless they change the immediate exterior outside the home, garden, or back patio.
Yes. This is on a NEW game. I did not install mid-playthrough. I installed of of your homes on a brand new game, on a brand new save, on a brand new profile after starting over everything from scratch. I mean Breezehome and Honeyside. Hjerim has floating objects with no tables, along with Breezehome having the enchanting table on top of children's room stuff, even though I never talked to the steward to "decorate my home." I only ever purchased and went directly to the home. I'll get more pictures. You don't have to be rude. I really like your work, and I'm just trying to troubleshoot what's going on in my game so I can actually use the homes.
I have checked my mods time and again, and have already fixed everything I have noticed. I don't know what's going on in your game. Honeyside: The enchanting and alchemy tables should be in their own new room, as new objects, not in kids room at all. Breezehome: Same, enchanting and alchemy are both moved upstairs to the loft, no enchanting at all in the kids room.
@PeachVsEggplant: I just examined Honeyside again, on a completely new game, using Honeyside LAL start, and everything is perfectly enabled and in proper places, no "blue nothingness", nothing floating, nothing missing, all as it should be, from the start, not purchasing anything, both inside and outside the home.
I have the "blue nothingness issue" as well. Its caused by another mod affecting the cell references which causes walls, floors and objects to disappear and reappear when you move around.
Most likely its a lighting mod (i.e. Lux or ELFX) or something that acts like a lighting mod such as Skyrim Project Optimization.
I use Lux in my load order so I'll play around and see what is going on.
EDIT - It is definitely Lux in my case. I confirmed this by deleting the Honeyside cell from Lux (created a backup .esp prior!) and this mod was working as intended (albeit dark because I'm still setup for Lux).
+1 with Lux causing issues in the home basement. For me It's the kids room attatched to the alchemy room, the bathroom, and the main bedroom that's affected.
Lux by default only patches Hjerim atm, so I'm guessing the other homes in Anna's series aren't covered and hence have issues like this.
Thanks you so much for making this beautiful, charming mod! It's so great to have such nice remodels of the vanilla homes, they really are the best for the kids i think. Just FYI, I use Vortex and Loot to sort my 51 mods and I tested everything and it all works perfectly!@ I also use your Breezehome mod (another wonderful effort), but I must say, this one is my new favorite! I adore the ivy accents and the trellis on the back deck is *chef's kiss*!! The gently rocking boat is a great detail, too! It's all so homey i just want to move in IRL! Haha! Thank you again for your efforts, it adds a lot to my Skyrim experience. :)
Hi! I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but I install the mod, after purchasing the improvements, and when I enter Honeyside, the basement is like incomplete. Shelves are missing, children's beds missing, clutter hanging from walss with no shelf, etc. I am not using any other mod that touches Honeyside. I also use your Breezehome mod and, but for the mannequin not working properly. everything's fine and beautiful. But here, I cannot make it work. Any ideas what is happening? Thanks for your lovely mods.
No idea sorry, first I've heard of this... You do have to purchase the Childrens room from the Steward if you want it though, b/c even though I enabled everything, there still must be something that script does.
Hi, currently I have the same issue. I downloaded this mod and it worked normally (the best version of Honeyside I've ever seen ^^). But then I decided to install UPOT and USSEP for better performance and Honeyside became incomplete. I don't know which one of them cause the collision. Hope this info will help you :)
I had exactly the same issue, with the children's bedroom not furnishing. I tried to repurchase the room from the Steward but no joy there. Instead I've had to reload a save before I entered, or even purchased the property. Everything has loaded and is working now. I only lost a few hours of play time - fingers crossed for you mate.
600lbGorrilla: Not helpful. No details. Others who commented ahead of you mentioned using other mods, and they got it to work, as it correctly should. Please be more detailed if you decide to post problems. Otherwise I can't help, it's that simple.
Hello. First of all, amazing mod :). Second, I've just installed the mod and found a couple of... bugs? The first is about the manikin next to the staff enchanter, it cannot be used (there's no option to activate it) and the second is more an aesthetic thing... there's a candle in the middle of a child's bed, the one at the right of the entrance. I don't know if those are the problems you mention in the description. The candle I don't very much care, I don't usually have children, and I think it can be used nevertheless. Yet the manekin, I like to put the Guild's Armor and the Nightingale armor in these manekins. Could you fix it? Or, if your are too busy (or don't want to), could you explain me how to fix it?. Maybe it is a problem with my game, it's Skyrim we are talking about after all. But maybe others have had the same problem. Despite these tiny little bugs, the mod is great. Thanks for it :)
I have already compared that mannequin to the working one, tab for tab, and it is set up EXACTLY like it. I could find nothing wrong. I didn't alter the mannequin either, besides carefully moving it and its triggers to the new room, and I moved both the same way.
The mannequin issue is coming from skyrim itself, because the mannequins are technically npcs with a travel package by default. When the cell loads a few seconds, the mannequins have enough time to make a walk. Funny but i didn't know this for years til now. Some modders are using overwrites here to avoid that issue.
I had the same problem with the mannequin. Tried using the console in a few different ways to replace the mannequin or reset the interior cell (to see if it would appear as it should) but nothing worked. Finally, I killed and resurrect the mannequin to see it respawning in the child's room (and was still unable to equip it). I ended up 'markfordelete'ing the mannequin and placing a Dibella Statue in its place just for aesthetics' sake.
Sorry to be a PITA... Did some research. The mannequin walking bug is a leftover from the vanilla game, but the non functioning mannequins and weapon racks seem to be an issue with this mod alone. It doesn't happen with any other home in Skyrim. Is it possible that you missed code to initiate the dialog for placing the weapons or armor on their appropriate mounts?
I really don't want to download the all in one version, because I'm not crazy about some of the other modded homes, except for Hjerim (sorry, just personal preference).
I really love this version, but i found 2 empty Crates, one on each floor, with apparently no purpose. They are just standing in the middle of the floor. Problem is you cant pick them up. I tried having only USSEP and this mod, and still they are there. Any idea what causes this?
Found out it's only on the main floor. Tried to edit it out with xEdit, but that made it appear in the basement. So it's only on the main floor. I used a completely new save (with arthmoor's Live another life, and choose "owning property start). I've seen someone mention the non-static crate in the posts of your Skyrim LE version too.
I had this issue too. Use the "disable" command (without quotes) in the console to hide it forever. Before doing so, save your game in case you target the floor instead of the crate.
I love this house, feels very cosy :) Unfortunately the bowl, and plate containers move around a little, which gets annoying, I was able to fix it (atleast for me) by adding the defaultDisableHavokOnLoad script to them.
Love your house mods, I went to download the ESL version of this, your Vlindrel Hall and your Hjerim to replace the ESP versions to clean up my plugin list a bit but it looks like you may have accidentally uploaded the ESP version in the ESL file spot because the ESL files installed ESPs for all three of them.

This is my favorite Honeyside variation though. Endorsed.

What do you mean by "This is unsupported"?
