The vanilla version of this is exactly what I'm looking for as I focus on a modlist that isn't a tenuous CACO-esque tower of compatibility patches (all love to that mod's comprehensive nature, of course!) but I still want a cuppa, darnit. Thank you so much for your work!
Back in Morrowind, when it was introduced, Trauma Root (and thus the tea, I assume) restored Willpower!
Willpower influenced Magicka regen, so perhaps it helps regenerate Magicka?
I know that when Raw, in skyrim, it damages magicka, but perhaps the method of making it into a tea removes any Tannins and makes it actually restore it?
Sure thing! There are options for both SKYWATER and DRINKING FOUNTAINS now available in Optional Files that use that as their plants-base instead of the old More Growable Plants port.
I don't use FormList Manipulator myself, but both ports of the LE More Plants mod have the same esp name, so it was an easy change in xedit to switch the recipe IDs to match the different master, and a careful look at the new esp couldn't find any other changes that relate to the teas at all, so the new file variants I've posted should work fine — but I'm not familiar with the way FLM does its stuff, so on the off-chance that you run into any problems, let me know.
Do you mean in the Canis Root Tea screenshot? Then you're looking for the Imperial Fine Clothes. If you mean in the screenshot with the Gleamblossom tea, then that's the vanilla merchant dress. And yes, delicious tea for all huzzah!
Very cool mod! Thanks for letting it be on Beth. I recently was trying to find an alterntative to the teas from hunteborn and saw this. I should have just been using this the whole time. Give me suck comfy vibes.
This was built for the esl-flagged (espfe) version of Drinking Fountains. That said, as long as the water bottle from Drinking Fountains has the same form ID (XX000805) in whichever version you install it shouls work with any of them, as that's the only reference that this mod draws on. I'm pretty sure all the Drinking Fountain versions have the same file name, so any of them should technically be able to used as the Master File for this mod; it just won't actually be able to find the water if the form IDs differ. (If they are different, it should still be relatively easy to fix in SSEEdit: just go to the Constructible Object section of Brewing Tea and where it says something like "error: reference not found" in each recipe, double-click and type in "mannyWaterBottle" to replace the missing reference. I'm pretty sure all the Drinking Fountain versions have the same file name, so any of them should technically be able to used as the Master File for this mod; it just won't actually be able to find the water if the form IDs differ.)
I would've tried to figure out how to mod and develop a patch for this with Frostfall, Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul, and Be a Milk Drinker but unlike the rest of my state I got stuck actually doing work and worse being pulled in due to people taking our company's pandemic time off to slack off - childless people using the 90 day childcare time - some of them even tried to convince HR that I gave them my childcare time off (due to not having children) for them to use because "Kahuna doesn't have kids, he doesn't need it"
But yeah, really hankering for it - not due to being stuck inside all the time, just getting treated like trash. (That was on top of my computer crashing and trying to get new parts for a new rig.)
