Tweak the "twin soul" perk so it add a value to the max commanded actor limit, rather than setting it to a particular value. This will allow vanilla-ish skyrim setups to have this perk work additively with other mods that give additional commanded actors limit. If you use a perk overhaul such as Ordinator or Vokrii, you likely don't need this mod, and it will have incompatibilities. This is designed for those that use a vanilla perk system, but also mods that edit Summoned actor limits.
