I clarified the compatibility section in the description, so please read it before asking “Will this mod be compatible with X?” (or just assume it will be, because it’s highly unlikely my mod would conflict with anything and can be placed anywhere in the load order). If you do happen to find a mod that conflicts, please mention it in a comment so I can add it to the description.
Edit: For everyone wondering if there’s going to be a LE/Oldrim version – I don’t have it so I can’t port it myself, but anyone who can is free to do so, just give me credit as the original creator. Alternatively, if you want to try at your own risk, you can install it without conversion and see if it works. However, this might have unexpected consequences, so backup your saves (or even the entire Skyrim folder) before trying to make sure you won’t lose anything. LE version is here! Thanks EmeraldShadow and FierySnowman for the port.
I am unsure if this is true of if somebody can confirm or deny this, but i have been told that dragons can naturally talk in the game without this mod, and that it by default is locked behind how many Words of Power you know.
(I guess after you learn all the words of power, its not that the dragons start speaking, but moreso that you can now actually understand them)
Yes they can talk human and in fact the first whiterun dragon says "No, Dvorakian" or "Dovahkiin nooooooooooooo". This mod was written so they say more.
"Dovahkiin? nooooooo" is reintroduced by USSEP. I think it was cut from Milmulnir because it's a little cheesy. Or maybe they wanted to save 1mb of space for consoles
Is this mod okay to remove/uninstall mid playthrough? Has slight incompatibility with Dragons Use Thu'um (delayed shouts) and I couldn't find a patch for it.

I hope you’ll enjoy my mod!

I mean if they added any I certainly can't tell. Maybe the "Dovahkiin nooooooooooooo" line.
I know I won't play without this mod.
I had also being spammed seeing it in the Subtitles.
Edit: dragons sound so menacing (as they should be), this is fing awesome!
