Thank you for making this mod; I wasn't happy with other plaza retextures, and yours is pretty close to what I wanted. I like the new weathered version, but I wonder if it wouldn't look more realistic if you made grout darker?
The plaza in Riften isn't well-kept; the tiles are damaged, and there's a lot of dirt, so it makes sense that grout wouldn't look so pristine.

Ray, Riften plaza now looks like a plaza, great texture work ,cant wait to see what you produce in the near future my friend, for a person learning how to retex/mod, that's great work!

Also, the 4K diffuse have a strange size. Is it voluntary ?
