   Would I need to rebuild a bashed patch if I used this? Not to familiar with this stuff. (leveled lists)

      Depends how many mods you have. If you have more than a few then it's highly recommended, although you won't technically need one unless you have another mod that affects the same lists as OBIS (i.e. bandit deployment/loot/abilities etc.).
      
      When in doubt, bash.

   Dont need this if you bashed patch. Bash patch does it better as it include all other mods that you might have.
