Some heavier armored bandits won't get their helmets if you have cloak of skyrim installed... also an issue with the book of bandits loot table...
This resolves em... pretty minor stuff but hey... if you want it all for your bandits.
Install OBIS and Cloaks of skyrim, then my patch...give my patch priority.
