Changelogs
Version 2.2
You can now sleep/fast travel without the 'you are taking damage' message.
*for fellow modders, any effect that can POTENTIALLY apply a 'damage over time' effect (even if NOT active) = can't sleep or fast travel.
**the solution is to loop through a Perk and back again (ability-->effect-->Perk-->ability2-->effect2) = the game engine's 'check for potential damage over time' can't follow the loop, but the effect2 works perfectly fine!
Version 2.1
Removed Duke Patrick's Script (so you no longer collapse and lose control when you swim with too much heavy armor).
Mod instead focuses on reduced swimming speeds, stamina requirement/consumption while swimming, inventory weight increasing stamina consumption.
You start to drown when your stamina reaches 0 = 7HP per second loss of Health. *I can't get the drowning sound effect to work properly though!
Version 2.0
Armor type no longer counts towards drowning.
Armor protection value no longer counts towards drowning.
Only total carry weight (+50lbs) and do you have the 'waterbreathing' effect determines if you are drowning or not.
Version 1.6
Argonians and anyone under a 'waterbreathing' effect will no longer drown...but will still be subject to weight/stamina penalties!
Light armor will no longer drown you....in real life, you can swim (for a while) with 30lbs of chainmail on after all...
Version 1.5
Argonians don't drown anymore....although they are still subject to weight/stamina effects.....damnit, just realized I forgot to add waterbreathing exclusion....sigh, v1.6 coming right up!
Version 1.4
Mod now fully installs without any need for console commands. Load order no longer matters as well!
Version 1.2
Slightly increased the speed penalties of swimming while stamina decreases (see mod notes).
Speed penalties are initiated in more regular intervals and magnitudes.
Version 1.1
Extensive Changes! Mod redone to avoid any conflicts with Hardcoded Skyrim Engine functions. Please read main Mod Page for details.
