Boots and Spell Tome of Bounce can be crafted by using "Empowered Diagrams" randomly dropped in loot starting at level 23.
1.1 The disenchant-able boots and Spell tome are located in a chest behind Breezehome in Whiterun. Please see pictures on Nexus site

:: REQUIREMENTS ::
• Skyrim up to date
• SKSE64 up to date

:: FEATURES ::
• Bounce Enchantment that has no magnitude, so no need to use anything stronger than a Petty soul.
• Bounce Spell under the Alteration magic tree.

:: KNOWN ISSUES::
• Only the Enchantment or Spell can be active at any one time, as there is no point using both together.
• The effects modify active game settings, which means the the Spell must be recast or the Item re-equipped if the Game is quit and restarted.
