giants and mammoths are passive dragons tend to be hit or miss depending on which one, this is my first foray into the factions system as im learning more about the scripting side of skyrim, so eventually i hope to make all the randoms passive
[install] just make sure it comes after any mod that alters dragons, giants or mammoths behavior
