Always bothered me that skyrim(and fallout 4) respawn practically everything down to the same exact positioning, i find it extremely immersion breaking. And since no one has made one for special edition i took it upon my self to make this little mod.
sets the respawn to 2,000,000,000 hours or 89,478,485 days. so good luck to any of you hardcore players playin longer than that except possibly beyond skyrim lol.
[Install] Simply put at end of your load order. :)
