You should be able to update pretty easily. 1. Uninstall anything from previous AGO versions. 2. Load your save and make a new Save 3. Install AGO 1.3.2 and if you use BFQ, install BFQ Support
You have to do this to update the scripts.
If above doesn't work:

1. Uninstall AGO files. 2. Load your game, make a new save in the menu (not quicksave), and exit the game. 3. Open a script cleaner like Save game script cleaner, open your save file, and delete any of the following scripts by selecting them and pressing Delete Script in the top left.
4. In the top right of the script cleaner, hit Save. Make a backup if you want. 5. Repeat this steps 2-4 for any other saves that have this mod installed. 6. Install the new version normally.
For those of you who just want to use the animations. You have two options:

Option 1. Install normally and disable everything in the MCM
Option 2. Only install the files from meshes/actors/ and meshes/weapons/. If you do this, the bow bash won't lodge arrows into other characters, and female characters won't have the right sized bows for the animations.
Got a bug where every time I draw, my character reaches for a new arrow even though he already has one in his hand. I think it might have something to do with IED
You using OAR - IED conditions? That caused the thing for me because it will flag the "Quiver Cesko" position (quiver on hip) to then be hard-locked into using a different bow_lightdraw animation, no matter what kind of other belt fastened quiver animation set you may or may not have installed.
Ah made a mistake my dude. It was Weapon Styles - Draw-Sheathe animations for IED causing the "double draw" issue as that one hard-forces you into the bowlightdraw, overwriting the one from AGO.
The only way i was able to resolve that was to go into the animation folders of that mod and "DELETE" the bow animation files
I fixed it by going into the OAR settings window by hitting shift+O in-game and unchecking the submods for "Quiver - On Back Hip". Sounds more easily reversible than deleting the bow animations entirely.
So when I start the game, I automatically get the enchant arrow spells. I'd hoped to be able to fix that in the MCM, but the only option says it removes the enchants from the game entirely. So what's the point of the spell books if you start the game with the spells?
It's not a big deal, but I'd have preferred to be able to learn the spells naturally. Having them on me feels unintentional given the existence of spell books.
Find a way to remove it? I swear I thought i remember an option in a FOMOD to remove it, I tried reinstalling AGO and some magic mods but I guess none of em had a FOMOD. Would love to earn the enchant spells organically.
Running 1.3.2 with Pandora ... the extra AGO patch causes sneaking animations to be broken, so i have 2 choices:
A - no patch: drawing the bow while walking has the right arm animations broken and sneak walking animations are vanilla
B - extra patch enabled: drawing animations are all fine, but sneaking is completely broken now by not even playing vanilla animations anymore but having the upper torso completely "stuck" and wobbling around
Can anyone tell me how to get this working with FNIS 7.6 or later? I see comments that say use FNIS 7.4.5 but that is five years out of date. Do I just need to leave it uninstalled?
So close to be a wonderful mod, but it lack of configurations. For example I like the bleeding concept with arrows, but 30 seconds ? That's way too much for me. It makes Archery way too OP, so I had to disable the bleeding option.
Also high level enemies are way too good at aiming head. Like seriously, if you fight like 3 mid-high level bandits with a bow, they will continualy headshot you again and again, and it will be very hard to play against them.
I know it's been years and the creator will never make an update for more configuration, but that's a shame, it would make the mod so great
EDIT: Headshots come from another mod I think but the rest is still true, I would like more configurations
Old comment, I know, but I'm also having the same issue. All my arrows are shooting super far too the left and I can't figure out what's causing this problem. Find a fix?
hi, a possible solution to this problem is to remove the mod, use resaver to delete everything related to AGO, log into the game, reload the msm menu using setStage SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1. Next, save and exit the game. We go back to resaver and kill the remaining scripts. Now you can install the mod again and enter the game, now your aim and hand position should be normal, even if you changed your hand or body size using racemenuXPMSE. AGO should be added to your mcm menu again, if this did not happen, you can try to register the command, but I think it will not come to that.
Had to rebuild mod list recently and I encounter a familiar bug that for the life of me, I cannot remember how I fixed it before.
Whenever I aim with a bow in third person and look up or down, the bow doesn't follow the arrow and the arrow moves independently of the string, looking very weird when shooting up
Has anyone ever come across the fact that when shooting at the sun with a solar arrow from Auriel's bow, nothing happens? Although its other functions work fine. This is the first time I've encountered this, I've used this mod before and haven't seen any problems with the bow. I also found out that the blood-cursed arrows work without problems. I'm using the Reliquary Myth mod, but even after removing it, the solar arrows don't work.

This fixes an issue for FNIS users where the correct sneaking movement animations were not being used if alternate animations were installed.

Any way to get around it?
