Where should this be in the load order. This worked, I used loot for the first time ever to try to fix an issue with another mod, and now this one doesnt work. I dont know what Loot did, but I think the load order for this must be wrong now....

BTW, this isn't really a bug technically, but making an orc character like the one in Solitude have a high rank with the player right off the bat means that players can gain access to the orc strongholds right at the beginning of the game without having done anything good for the orcs, which is a little annoying. I would recommend lowering his relationship rank because I like seeing a rich orc in the palace, I just don't like the side effect of him being so nice right away. Anyway I've been doing that by myself for now with console commands.
The issue with Anorwen (Character affecting the Winterhold quest) should hopefully be resolved now as I moved where the character spawns to the hall of attainment. Do let me know if this is not the case. Sorry for the long wait everyone, life and work got in the way. Thank you.
Really like the mod but the NPC added to the College (Norenwen?) disappears some time around the Augur of Dunlain and only shows up again once you reach the final battle, in which she ruins the opening bit with Ancano by attacking him, keeping him invincible forever, unfortunately have to not use this
