Yes! It is actually recommended that you install this before starting the DB quest or before your first time entering the Dawnstar Sanctuary!
I am aware Post-quest installers can sometimes still see objects that were disabled in this mod. The fix is to pop open the console and "disable" or "markfordelete" the object.
Yes... Babette can sometimes not wear shoes. If I figure out why this is the case, I'll come back and fix the bug.
Yes... Kohanrik's mask doesn't visually show on his respective bust, but it does work.
Missing Master Bedroom Wall For anyone having the trouble with missing walls in the Master Bedroom, this appears to be a load order issue. I cannot tell you exactly what mods would be causing this issue. Just move this mod much further down in your load order and the problem will correct itself. This is also a possible solution for any random floating objects. (Vortex Users: Since it doesn't allow for easy drag & drop reordering, for testing you should be able to use Wyre Bash or almost any other mod manager to -just- change the load order to see if it fixes the problem. If it does I guess you can apply a rule in Vortex or/and report the issue to LOOT.)
TES5Edit This mod has been cleaned. This mod also uses modders resources for props and custom storage containers, one of which causes TES5Edit to report an error. This error is a display issue and will not hurt your game.

Excellent mod! the sanctuary looks great! But i have seen exactly two annoying issues, though not game breaking.
firstly, one of the beds in the 'barracks' is floating in the middle of the room. secondly, there is a tile floating in front of the main hall cookpot.
Conflicts with Pirates of Skyrim. I think its 11 files. Notes and gold. I selected to load Pirates of Skyrim after...maybe that will result in some super rich looking barrels somewhere or something LOL
Running into a probem, after selecting the dialogue option with Babbette to invite her to become a Speaker the quest arrow stays on her and the quest does not advonce so I can make the same offer to Nazir, what are the Quest IDs for this so I can force complete her Step???
This doesn't sound like it has anything to do with my mod. However, generally speaking you can look up a quest on the wiki or ask the mod author, to find out what stage the quest is stuck on, and then use the console command setstage <quest id> <stage value> Which is used to set the quest stage (useful for bugged quests). I haven't played skyrim or modded it in years though, so this is just old and potentially outdated wisdom.
This has to do with the Brotherhood of Old. You can advance the quest - simply speak to Nazir. The quest marker implementation for the objective isn't as polished.
Loved the pictures but when I actually got to the sanctuary, most of the rooms had floating furniture and my bed was missing. Really ruined my experience
This mod needs a serious update in order to function properly. As it turns out, after completing the DB quest and rebuilding it, you will not be able to enter the sanctuary without the game crashing as soon as you put your feet inside. I loved the idea proposed by this mod when reading the description because it really sucks the DB sanctuary interior. It is already a painstaking task having to deal with that ugly Night Mother not mentioning a sequence of irrelevant quests around the DB forever.
For some reason, babette is naked... I don't want to the FBI on my neck... so please have any got any ideas why?

Probably all those patches overwriting each other, I'd check them using SSEEDIT to find the problem and just create my own patch, had a similar issue myself.
I had that very concerning issue as well when I was using RS Children. It fixed itself when I uninstalled it. No idea what the hell is that mod up to, but I want nothing to do with it. If you want a good alternative, I recommend TK Children combined with Simple Children. Not as good looking as RS Children (in my opinion) but at least you don't run the risk of naked children running around in your game.
Experiencing the same thing, tried reinstalling, tried removing Babette's records in SSEEDIT, tried keeping and removing the RS Patch. Nothing is working.
Edit: Was able to fix it by removing Babette's records using SSEEDIT like multiple comments suggested, then kept the SR - RS Children Patch.esp from the Patch Collection, then edited metadata in LOOT to load RSChildren.esp after SR - USSEP patch.esp and SR - RS Children Patch.esp, then went in game and did resetinventory on Babette through the console.
IDK which of the steps i took did it, but hey, she's fully clothed now.
Glad you guys found a fix. From what I recall the only thing I did to Babette was give her custom textured clothing. Same outfit but tinted black and red. That was my edit to her record, but when mods mix they don't always mix well.

Edit: Listener bed disappearing is caused by the USSEP patch. Removing it solves the bed issue.
