As far as I can tell, this mod causes a bug in Dragonsreach's balcony (where you trap Odahviing), where after you pass under the trap, you can't go back. There's an invisible wall, so trapping Odahviing becomes impossible. (he can't cross this invisible wall either). Some LOD's are also used in this area where they shouldn't be, like the stairs leading up to the lever to release the trap.
Now, I AM using JK's Whiterun, I disabled that as well, and only when this mod was active did it create this problem.
Otherwise, this mod works great! Nice to have a stable FPS in Whiterun again.
If only you could make something like this for Riverwood, the only city that lags for me with enb on. It's always been such a lagy city when approaching it, and on the outside looking back at it from the bridge.
you should make 1 mod and all it Town Lag fix or something like that, if I would have tons of lags in the towns and would need such a mod I would be kinda in question if I want to spend 4 esp slots for this
I plan on it, but I have to test to make sure all cities can work with the fix. Plus that's why I include an optional ESL file which doesn't take a mod slot. Plus not everyone is going to need to fix every city, I don't need the Whiterun fix, but someone else asked for it.
Then why merge them? Seems simple enough to leave them alone. And if you are referring to bash/smash patches, then they don't increase the number of those either (if you use them you were going to make them anyway...).

Edit: Running Dyndolod and then disabling this mod fixed the conflict and kept the LOD disabled.
