This is an all in one fix that includes Riften, Whiterun, Solitude.
These cities have there LOD removed, to improve your overall FPS within the city walls.

Removes LOD from the Whiterun, Solitude, and Riften interior's to improve FPS rate to a solid 60 FPS.
Make sure that you place this mod at the very bottom of your load order, or you will not receive the benefits.
