If someone is want's to make patches for this mod to work with other mods, do it. No need to ask for permission. Only one request. Upload them to the Nexus so that other users can benefit from them after you've got permission from the author from the mod that is patched. And no need to ask for permission to translate this mod.
I have made an ESPLite - C version. But i will wait with uploading it beceause i want to know that it is safe to use. I have to read more info about ESP - C. With LC i couldn't just flagged the ESP to ESL. First i had to Compact Form ID's in SSEEdit before i could flag the ESP to ESL. It went good but i'm not sure if this mod will break this way. So i need more feedback and info on ESPLite - C before i upload this file.
You can make an ESPLite - C of this mod very easy yourself..

See I tried creating a esl version but while compacting the mod, I a cell error. So I left it along and revert it to the original. I then went into sseedit and just tried to flag with I didnt compact it and got I also got an error. I will compact next and then flagged and see if that works.
I understand now. You just wan't to check some things. You can find the NPC's in Xedit for their forms.
You can find them at the scene/spot between 7.00 PM/11 PM. Make sure you have the latest version installed because the previous versions i had the BSA wrong packed.
Well, the idea is good and I'd install it for sure if ... there were at least 50 NPCs who take care of the Lanterns in Skyrim. 5 NPCs for all Lanterns across Skyrim ? DLCs included ? Just not believable and breaks Immersion IMO. Who takes care of the Lanterns in Solitude, Rorikstead, Ivarstead, Dawnstar ... Ghosts ? Although that would not be a bad idea. :D
Nothing is believable in Skyrim. Where do all the guards live? Where are their home's? For example.
Caretakers is about the idea that the lanterns are taken care of. Besides, for 50 caretakers we need 50 home's or so. I see a new DLC sized new mod land coming with just the houses for the guards and 50 caretakers????
"Nothing is believable in Skyrim. Where do all the guards live? Where are their home's?"
First, in Skyrim every guard has a home. But I'll not tell you something about Immersion, about why Arthmoor created Village expansions to give NPCs a home, why uncountable mod creators fixed, created and overhauled the fantasy content Bethesda gave us, why texture and models artists created content that looks almost real, why mods like Frostfall, iNeed, ... excist. I'll not tell you something about that all. I just thing it's everything about BELIEVEABILITY.
The guards do not have a home. Barracks yes.... But is it believable to spend the rest of a guards life in a barrack? Nooo. So point me 1 home of a guard. Right. You can't. Some guards are talking about there families. Where do they live? Nowhere in Skyrim... I haven't seen ONE. I never seen a guard checking out from their job to go home, to their family or whatever. For example... The Riverwood guards are just there. Where is their "home" or barrack?.Ofcourse the Caretakers arn't immersive enough. But they do check out from their job to go to an Inn. And i know, It's not their home. But more immersive then the guards... Like i said... Nothing IS believable in Skyrim. It is just a game....
CONCEPT ======= Firing up all the lanterns is quite expensive and impossible. For example, Gina, the caretaker of Markarth feud, would take some days to lit up all the lanterns! So the concept is that you will watch the scene of the last lantern to lit up by the NPC and so he goes to the nearest inn.
If isn't clear at all, you'll see the "last" NPC that fires up a lantern.
If anything, it ADDS to immersion. To be fair, I have yet to see a 'breaks immersion' argument anywhere that isn't just plain moot. Nothing is either realistic or believable in this game, so not sure what kind of immersion anything that adds content to the game is supposed to break.
This is what you get!!! Stop knocking at my door at midnight! I can't help you and I don't want your cookies! lol =) So happy to see this and Sleep Tight ported. Thanks for doing it.
Thanks!. Sure I'm not the only one in some of their playthroughs role their character as a Lantern Caretaker ^^. Maybe in the future we can enroll to this guild in order to allow them take a free days from time to time, or helping them with the usual and not so usuals dangers of the road. Thanks to the creator and to the porter :)

I am testing my plugin mod list for new gameplay through.
How could I check Black Face bug with your mod?
Are there any console commands to see characters from your mod?
Thank You!
That's what I'd like to check!
But not every 5 minutes I am running a character from that mod.
That is, why I wrote:

(to see, add next to me, in from me, etc...)
Thank You!
PS: Shortly, I'd like to check it, without searching after any NPC.
"I haven't had" met an NPC from that mod.
I could not express myself better.
Forget it and thanks!
