I wouldn't say this mod is outdated itself by any means, but there's obviously much better mods for UI display nowdays, that's for sure.

Using the original default mod preset, yet the symbol in the top left corner is missing but the heath, magic, and stamina bars are still there. Any idea why the symbol is missing?
The icon/symbol of this preset is actually just a reskin of the symbol in "A matter of time", so if you wanna have that symbol shown, you can go into MCM of that mod and change the skin of the symbol, and do a bit of position adjustment.
Additionally i recommend to install MCM Helper mod if you havent already, and install this mod to set it up so that you dont have to adjust the position of the symbol everytime you start a new game :
