Does fMaxTime=0.0166 is normal for 2.80Ghz monitor on Win11? Or I need much lower settings?

Hello, guys! I have a question that concerns not only from me, how I think:

Which mods, plugins, scripts, fixes, programms, DLLs, librarys or another files have fixes for 3K+ active plugins? Asking about this, cos every test of my global mod-list with 3K+ active plugins - when I started on clear save (mean, Vanilla one, without other mods) and going to ~1500 active plugins (with every 10-20 new launching plugins in every save) - it's workly normal. But when I going higher then ~2000, my game starting lagging, freezing, bugging etc etc etc... And at the ~2200 she show me next error:

    Spoiler:
    Show

    Crash Log SE, version 2
    Code: 0xc0000005.
    Address: SkyrimSE.exe+0x2d7b9a.
Memory at 0x0 could not be read.

GTFO, DOVAHKIIN! THE LIMIT OF MEMORY WITH MODDING IS REACH... YOU WILL NEVER PLAY IN YOUR OWN ASSEMBLY!

Or another one crash/stupid error with Memory Limit.

It's very brain-breaking sh*t by non-optimazed SE... So, I'm interesting - does it have fixes for 2023 year? Or it's just non-fixed forever for today and needed new version for Skyrim after AE for playing with 3K-10K active plugins? So, unfortenetly, I will need only playing in ~1500 mods with non-interesting and raw assembly how it do many of players? Or, for example: 10-50 active plugins at all with 8K-16K parallax and active ENB, maximum. Is this really have no way?!

    Spoiler:
    Show

Some of tests with 1000-2000 active plugins forced me to did next things:
    - 128 textures (at total and for all mods)
    - 480x320 monitor
    - turn OFF the ENB (inclusive, any performance, yeah...)
    - disable DAR/OAR (with all anims)
    - disable quest mods (with all pacthes\addons\other)

BUT STILL! BUT STILL IT CAN'T BE WORKING STABILLITY!!! SKYRIM!!!!

Yes, why fu**ing x64 SE having this deadly limit with mods how x32 LE? Maybe I didn't know something...

Also, the upper error not only related with SDA patches. Its tested in many saves. Just in case, for answereds under this comment.

Some of words writed with help of translator. Thanks for understanding.

Use SSE Display Tweaks. So far haven't noticed much of a difference between these two.

Is it possible to run this with SSE Display Tweaks? Without this mod, I'm having lots of stutters in game with SSE Display Tweaks only.

i have vsync enabled in my nvidia settings, i use ENB and did not enable the fps limit from enbseries.ini, in my bethini settings almost anything disabled (fps cap, vsync) so after i download and install this mod do i need to edit anything in enbseries and bethini? if yes what should i change to get maximum performance? and some people say playing borderless windowed performed better should i try this?

Thanks to Urbon for pointing out the mod in the comment below. There's been a lot of talk about various mods crashing Skyrim since the AE upgrade, but I can say personally that out of 250-ish loaded mods, only this Havok patch was fully crashing me.
When I read Urbon's message below, I uninstalled this Havok patch and installed the SSE Display Tweaks he mentioned, and...no more crashes, no more freezing up.
Have to give Urbon one more kudo for this!  ;)

Yea, according to SSE Display Tweaks' description it's incompatible with Havok Fix.
