Just wanted to say great mod! I'm personally working on a standalone sleeves mod for the rest of the armours but linked to yours for Guards/Stormcloaks because you've done exactly what I wanted to do with the added bonus of weighted distribution.

I know you have open permissions (and you don't seem to have uploaded anything in a while) but if you're around, are you okay with me adding this to my eventual FOMOD?

Anyone else have barefoot guards spawning all over the place? There are plenty of mods which give more options for things for guards to wear, but all options include boots. Are there perhaps too many entries?

    Any insight would be appreciated.

Does this alter the warmth values for the armour with Survival Mode? Thanks for mod.

I've been looking at this mod in xEdit (I'm trying to learn xEdit for my own uses...so damned hard without a manual!), and I noticed something.

Outfit 000853C5 (ArmorHaafingarAllOutfit) does not have the sleeves added. All the other outfits seem to change the cuirass and gloves, but this one just changes the cuirass. Was this intentional, or an oversight?

(I've used the FOMOD installer to install this mode with the USSEP compatibility....no Cloaks of Skyrim, no Winter is Coming.)

The sleeves are added with the cuirass, not the gloves. I didn't have to add the chance to spawn with gloves to the Haafingar guards because, unlike most of the other guards, they already spawn with Imperial bracers.

Hi, I noticed that you mention requesting patches for other related mods and was wondering if you'd take a look at Cloaks and Capes https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2019?

Is there any way we can get a patch for Town Guards armor retexture? ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2819) I know its an oldrim mod but its the best guard mod imo. The guards that get sleeves from your mod are missing the pauldrons from that mod (I've converted the meshes btw)

Those are two different meshes. You can add the pauldrons to the mesh with sleeves with Outfit Studio. You'll find the sleeves version in vanilla bsa

Tried and failed... that's a little too advanced for me

I love the idea of this mod! Those little touches of immersion that makes the game more...well...immersive! I also like that it's just not a cosmetic change...the gauntlets are now in the guards' inventory when they die!

When I loaded it up in SSEEdit, I noticed there are a few conflicts with Cutting Room Floor. (I have extracted the .bsa files from CRF so I can find conflicts in my load order. Don't worry, I'll play with the .bsa files! :) ) Would you be able to take a look and see if a patch is necessary? Much appreciated.

And thanks for this small yet great mod! Endorsed! :)

It looks like the conflict is that both mods do the same thing. Well, partly; CRF only applies the sleeve armor to Stormcloaks and Windhelm guards, not the rest of the Holds. There shouldn't be any issue with using both at the same time, although if you use one of the cloak mods this is compatible with you'll probably want to put this mod after CRF in the load order.

This mod needs to be converted to Special Edition. Still in form 43.

Which is simple, just save the esp in the new Creation Kit :)

Of course. This is something the mod author has to do though. Not everyone will check and many will unwittingly damage their saves. I really do not understand why people defend this sort of thing.

Yeah, I was just adding to what you were saying. Of course the author should do it.

      Hi Shiva,
Can you give the right link for the creation kit and tell how to make it work with only the esp file?

You need to download the Bethesda.net launcher here: https://bethesda.net

Install it and the simply open the plugin provided here, wait for it to load and then simply hit the save button. There should be a notification that you saved it a the bottom and you are done. No need to edit something etc.

Huh, didn't know about that. I don't use Special Edition, so I'm not familiar with any of its specifics. I'll update shortly.

A good idea to read this before porting mods https://afkmods.iguanadons.net/index.php?/topic/4633-skyrim-se-things-to-know-when-converting-standard-mods-to-sse/
