I came looking for a fix for dragonborn voice over as well. I think what he is asking is for a patch for DBVO (dragonborn voice over)mod and just spelled it wrong(dvo). Basically its whole mod is a dialogmenu.swf file and it effects display settings in ways it maybe should not and it has to load after all others to work so it really needs a patch to keep settings and hud and display working as your mod intends. With 1.6.1130 its more important as DBVO has a older SWF and non wide screen it looses several functions and fov is very bad as well as looks zoomed in. I would try to fix but i have no tools for swf file or any experience and knowledge to be working on them. The only 21x9 patch I have found on nexus does not seam to do anything and makes no difference installed or removed.
I have no idea what CWF is to stand for, maybe some civil war mod?
