I tried a lot of crap. Downloaded a few .ini optimizers, whatever that means when something doesn't work. Got this jammed it into Vortex. Instant wide screen fix, complete and total. Just install it. If you have a widescreen monitor, you're as sick as I am over how many games refuse to play ball with the resolution. Obviously, whoever made this mod was even more annoyed than any of us.
