If you are using SkyUI, please download the SkyUI compatible version from the files tab, otherwise you will break SkyUI!

For all the other mods, there are no official patches, but as stated in the description, creating your own patches is very easy.
If you have any questions or problems, feel free to post them here or head over to the bugs section.

    RaceMenu - From description

If you are experiencing any issues with RaceMenu, just delete "racesex_menu.swf" from the
Data\interface folder from my mod to prevent the game using my file.

Decided to run this over the crazy 120fps menu mod since it was a little too zippy. Unfortunately there's some sort of conflict that prevents RaceMenu from running right. I was having problems only seeing the vanilla chargen menus, but when disabling this mod the RaceMenu stuff worked again.
Edit: Looks like this may be addressed in the description, I'll try it out.

Is it not possible to just make an ini tweak to make menus 60FPS?

That would be great, but I'm not so sure about that, since the interface files themselves run only at 30fps. Maybe there exists something which can just make all interface files run at twice the speed, but I imagine that could be more complicated...

Brilliant mod I noticed an improvement almost instantly, however this directly conflicts with the SKYHUD mod. i'm assuming its because this mod also edits hudmenu.swf? Is there any chance for a compatible patch or is that not possible due to it editing the same file?

Edit: nevermind problem solved. I've deleted hudmenu.swf from your mod and my skyhud setup is back and working correctly.

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoy my mod:) You can actually either delete my hudmenu.swf (I only increased its framerate to 30 from vanillas 24fps, because otherwise quest objectives would disappear too fast) or you patch the SkyHUD file yourself with the tutorial in the description:)
Actually, for the next version of my mod I plan to add a fomod installer to it where such things could be selected, but this could still take some time:)

When I install this mod and load a save or start a new game my character is locked in place and no input is taken from the keyboard even the esc menu the only thing that works is the console button and the mouse so the only way to close the game is the qqq command
I'm rebuilding my mod list so the only interface related mods I have is skyui and I made sure to get the skyui version of the mod
also I noticed when I start the game I get the creation club login screen instead of the main menu which I have to close before seeing the main menu to load a save and also the keyboard works fine here
does anyone have any idea how to even start troubleshooting this ?

Huch, that doesn't sound good. Are you sure it is this mod, since it only changes some ui files... Oh, and which version of Skyrim are you using (what version has your Skyrim.exe), that could be interesting... I have never had such an issue before

I'm sure since I have only about 10 mods on my mod list and disabling it fixes it. My game is 1.5.97

Hmm very strange... Since you use the old SE version you could try v2.1 of this mod instead of the newer one (even though this should not be needed, since I tried the v3 on a downgraded 1.5.97 version and they worked).
Or you could actually try each of the .swf UI files alone or add them one by one to see which one causes the issues...

Is it worth using this mod if my game can't run at stable 60 fps? I notice the mouse movement feels very laggy when the fps drop below 30.

Since the mod makes your UI animations run at 60fps it means it is also faster, so even though you might not feel the smoother framerate if the game doesn't run at 60fps, you at least get faster menu open/close animations :)

Thanks for your reply. Follow up question. Does this mod compatible with other UI replacer mod like Dear Diary or Nordic UI?

Since those mods come with their own UI files, they are not compatible with this one. I was already thinking about making a version for those mods when I have the time, maybe I can try that the coming weeks/months :)

EDIT: I just had a look at the files of those mods and it looks like the files of Dear Diary and NordicUI already use 60fps files, so there is no need for my mod in that case :)

Just FYI,  I am unable to run RaceMenu with this mod installed. I removed it to fix the issue, but thought you might want the info. Thanks.

I am running both mods together. As mentioned in the description page and other comments, you can just delete the racesex_menu.swf file from this mod and everything should work fine

In order to get the functions of Better Dialogue Controls and Beyond Skyrim Bruma, you should use the files from those two mods. I am not sure if Better Dialogue Controls uses 60fps files or 30fps ones, you can check that with the program mentioned in my patches tutorial and eventually change the framerate to your preferred one.

Hello, thank you very much for the mod!

Do you know what could be causing the Active Effects tab (and just that tab) to drop to 30 fps? I don't believe I've got any mods that replace the magic menu other than SkyUI. Everything is 60 fps except that tab.

    Thanks again!

edit: Oh, I've got SkyrimSouls RE Updated installed, but even with magic menu set to false the fps drop to 30 on that tab.

Hey, I just looked into this, but I cannot reproduce this... What you are saying is that your whole games fps drop to 30 in the active effects tab? That should not be the fault of any interface mod in my opinion. The interface fps just indicate how fast the UI moves. My own Skyrim runs at 144 Hz and if I am in the magic menu the framerate is just what it is outside of any menu and not 60, even though the UI files are set to 60. What I am trying to say is, that my mod does not change the fps of the whole game, but just the amount of frames per seconds the UI runs at, making it feel faster and smoother.

I understand. I'm not saying it's your mod's doing, sorry for implying that. It's just that I can't find any info online. No one else seems to have this problem lol.

Thank you for your time, and for the mod!

I'm not very sure, but do you use other mods which add a ton of active effects or something? Over on reddit was a person suggesting that lag in menus comes with higher shadow resolutions, though I am not sure about that, but you could try lowering your shadow resolution :)

Hello, whatever it was, it only affected that save. Started a new one and no more problem. It will forever be a mystery xD psa: don't install mods mid save?

      Thank you so much!
