Here are Galadriel for you. I have borrowed some of her looks from Cate Blanchett, from the LOTR movies but not all.
Hope that you will like her?
As for the Elven dress in the screenie, this and the diadem are not included. I just wanted to show these to you.
But I have included links for those 2 mods below.

She owns Breezehome, have some money. But you can fill her purse even more by using the console command: Player.additem_ 0000000f_ amount here.

No main quest are on as I run the Live another life mod. So you can adventure on as you please.
You will need the Enhanced Character Edit mod ( ECE ).
And the KS Hairdo SE mod.
