It's simple really. When you start a new character in the Live another life mod. You get several options of how to start your new life? Among them are that you own a property. There are some choises to make here too and Breezehome are one of them. I always pick Breezehome just because you have all the shops and the inns + the Smithys you will need when stocking up supplies at the start close by. And also for the sake of that you are pretty much in the middle of this country then.
