    99% of LE eye meshes were successfully converted to SE and repaired, but in addition, I encountered some very rare head meshes whose eye meshes will disappear after being repaired.

    Hey bchick3,

    I wanted to thank you for this guide and all the amazing conversions of followers and outfits to date and I personally appreciate UUNP bodyslide option in more recent files  and also, my favorite the "heels sound" option.

    I thought to be able to add it myself to many other outfits I have so I asked questions on LL and got helpful answers but it always referenced TES5edit not SSEedit and they said step 1 was to make heels sound.esm to be a master of outfit which makes sense but I cannot get SSEedit to even load both mods at once so I can't get to first base and the SSEedit nexus page "posts" are locked so I thought of you as a expert in this. I do not think I need a whole guide but some pointers for sure. THANK YOU

      Sorry for the late reply.  Are you using the quick clean option when loading SSEedit?  The quick clean will allow only one mod at a time.  Just load the regular and you should be able to load as many as you want.  I also recall that in order to load multiple mods in the ck there is a setting in the ck ini that must be set.  But I did not think it was needed for SSEedit.  Anyway here is the setting in Creationkit.ini under General: bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1  Again I dont think the setting is necessary to use SSEedit but it wont hurt either.  PM me if you have any other questions - I rarely have time to look through the comments on all 600+ mods that I maintain.

    I'm having problems with a couple of followers. I tried Mod emma https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/66201 and her eybrows disappeared.

    The other one came with the same problem with 2 followers , Avril Lavigne https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/89444 and Rosie https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/82156 and their faces turn up super glossy

      If the face is glossy and the body is not then you need to open the facegen nif in nifskope and add Blankdetailmap.dds in fourth slot and fix texture path to where it actually is.  I usually keep a copy handy so i can put it in the mod when needed.  I will add a copy to the download section.

    I could use some help porting "Lust Design - Dovahkiin Mercenary Gear - CBBE v3 - UNP." All goes well until my PC equips the armor and adopts the shape of the original v3 body. Using BodySlide, I modified the armor. Equipping the armor still results in a v3 body transformation. However, now the v3 body clips through the resized armor. The description mentions armor mods that won't port properly. Is this one of them? I have used this guide to successfully port modern CBBE armor mods... This armor is an old friend so I will greatly appreciate all the quality, dummy-digestible guidance I can get.

      Sorry for the late reply.  LE CBBE armors dont convert properly to SSE CBBE.  You will need to build new bodyslide projects using the new SSE cbbe body for best results

    I was attempting the "Hal Follower Ren" mod. Made it a form 44, optimized the faceparts then the rest of the meshes. There were no animations to speak of so no optimizing there. Even gave her demoniac/sexybono body meshes and textures (something i've done to probably 100 followers by now) just incase she had a body mesh or texture the SSE didn't like. But it is an instant ctd on player.placeatme. Ran it through cathedral optimizer after that and it didn't change anything.
    Could be a few things;
    A) A script that is interfering with the console command since i'm suppost to meet up with her outside the Dawnguard Fort and pass some "trials". A)Edit: debunked, not the issue. CTD the second i leave the fort.
    B) A texture I don't know about that just can't get converted and won't run in SSE.
    C) A facepart mesh that was corrupted but I have no idea what a corrupted mesh looks like.
    D) Her Cell position on ssedit is a unique location. A picture shows her human form outside the dawnguard fort but her vampire form has a cell called "RenVampireBirthDimension". There are already alot of unique spells, dialogues, classes, and transformations for her so maybe there is a conflicting spell effect.

      Update: I finally got her to work but chipped off too many things to find the issue. It is either her outfit or blade. I removed her scripts for her "trials" and even removed her vampire form and transformations. I'll see what I can put back on and hopefully not break. I'll post the the finished product here. This follower has soo many unique spells and abilities that I didn't want to pass her up again because a few tries didn't work.

      What changed:
      Form 44 now
      New body meshes and textures (CBBE Sexybono)
      New eyes and face textures
      Changed voice to young eager.
      Optimized face meshes
      Removed all references to her outfit armor but kept the wings.
      I kept all her unique spells, quests, and dialogue in place.
      You can change her combat style (Melee/Ranged), train in heavy armor, and she will transform into her vampire form after a certain hp point.

      This hasn't been extensively tested, I haven't seen all of her spells in action. So if something happens, let me know.

      Did you try running a texture scan with the newest nif optimizer?

    Hey there - I just came back to thank you once again. You had given me tremendous help with converting an old NPC to SSE some time ago. You specified the error and it turned out to be something that affects many conversions I've tried.

    I've used your guide and it's really WONDERFUL. I can't tell you the feeling of the moment of victory I felt verifying directory paths in Nifscope for characters with the "Blue Face" bug and finding the invalid paths. Then going into SSE and seeing I've fixed it on my own. If I can learn, well folks, have at it. This is great stuff.
