Hey there Aizekku - i have created - Mixwater Retreat - A River Abode Version that Compatible with - The Great Village of Mixwater Mill SSE fixed the Ground so it will have no Holes and moved the KEY out side from the house to the fisher table out side . i made it for personal use and it works great and i Haven't and will not share it without your permission ! / can i send it or share it with you ? so other will enjoy one of the nieces \ coziness player home i ever seen. but compatible with TGVoMixwater mod .
I love this house. It has well-curated clutter, a really cool custom shrine/blessing, and everything you could really need to play. It's maybe not for those with an army of followers they want to keep in one place, or those who want to display every item they earn, but it still has a lot to offer for most players. I really love the windchimes--such a small thing, but nice.
As a Southerner, I love the touch of the "meat smoking room" next to the smelter. Cracks me up. The storage is linked to main food storage, if you're curious. The cookbook used to make some dinner clutter is very clever! I've also never seen a violin in-game! Now if only I could toggle it to a cello... ha. I've also never seen such a cute quilt used on a bed! Love that touch. Insired.
I am having an issue getting the churn to respawn butter or to work with milk I have in my possession, but that may be as designed.
What a lovely looking home! I do however have a slight problem which I guess is down to using the 3D Furniture mod as I did have similar problems before with player homes and said mod. Some of the shelves, table tops and walls / separators get kinda broken by it unfortunately. Do you have any idea which of the files from 3D Furniture I could try and hide in MO2 to fix this?
Here's 2 screenshots of what I'm talking about: https://imgur.com/a/DiMhqyt
Edit: Nevermind found out myself already by using the console and clicking on the bugged bits. The name of the .nif that needs to be hidden in MO2 if you're using 3D Furniture is "RifRmSmSecretCabinetPanel01.nif" which fixed both the cupboard walls and also the shelves on the wall.
I am tempted to break my rule of not adding a house to my game without removing one. Great location, great design. I wonder about the architectural and carpentry skills necessary to build a house like this in an age of thatched roofs. But, no this house also does not have a thatched roof. I notice the sitting area under the stairs. I immediately thought, what about the constant rain of grit from people's shoes? Oh, well, this is fantasy after all. It is like a house for a witch living alone in the woods. No carpentry needed, only magic. Maybe there could be chocolate/candy fixtures, designs in cake frosting.
Heyo, I'm amazed by the mod, the house feels super cozy, it's immersive and it doesn't lack in functionality.
Though 1 thing i'd love is, if you were able to have weapon or shield racks in certain places. Maybe be able to replace the "Tools" decoration in the cellar with racks, similar to how you can replace the mannequin with a chair. that would be awesome!

The key to the house is in the abandoned workers' house nearby. If I recall correctly, it's the closest building to the house.
