DESCRIPTION:

Have you ever been playing Skyrim and thought to yourself, "Man, it's weird that a Khajiit is the same height as an Altmer!" Do you long for a world where all of the diverse races of Tamriel were even more visually distinct from one another?  Do you play a male Bosmer and just WISH you could constantly be making unbroken eye contact with Ulfric's nipples?

Well say no more, because this mod has you covered!

This mod re-sizes each race (Vampires included!) to a more Lore-Friendly size. (according to me, and very vague scraps of research and lore)

Bosmer are now tiny! Nords, Orcs, and Altmer are huge! Imperials are super average! Just like Todd intended, probably.

CHANGES:

The new heights are as follows, including the gender (M/F), player scale (x.y), and height in feet and inches! (x'y")

ALTMER: M: 1.13 (6'9") | F: 1.1 (6'7")
NORD: M: 1.12 (6'7.9") | F: 1.1 (6'7")
ORC: M: 1.1 (6'7") | F: 1.08 (6'5")
REDGUARD: M: 1.03 (6'2") | F: 1.0 (6'0")
ARGONIAN: M: 0.93 (5'6.5") | F: 0.97 (5'9")
DUNMER: M: 0.95 (5'8") | F: 0.91 (5'5")
KHAJIIT: M: 0.95 (5'8") | F: 0.94 (5'7")
IMPERIAL: M: 0.94 (5'7") | F: 0.9 (5'4")
BRETON: M: 0.92 (5'6") | F: 0.87 (5'2")
BOSMER: M: 0.85 (5'1") | F: 0.91 (5'5")

If the height changes are unsatisfactory to your personal tastes, then I can't help you. There's plenty of other mods that do the same thing!
This mod was made 100% for my own PERSONAL use, and designed to my own personal interpretations of each race, so I will likely NOT be updating it in the future.
I've just decided it'd be nice to share it with the rest of you!

LOAD ORDER AND COMPATABILITY:

This mod ONLY alters the height values of each race, and as such *should* be compatible with anything that does NOT alter height. Just to be safe, I'd put it lower in your load order.
New game *shouldn't* be required, but I'd try anyway just to be sure.
If it doesn't work immediately, temporarily deactivate any other mod that could be conflicting and try again. Once it's working, it should be safe to turn the other mods back on one at a time until the problem's fixed.
I HIGHLY recommend WS6PILOT's mod, "Player Size Adjuster and First Person Camera Fix" to use in conjunction with this mod, as it allows you to view and adjust your character's height and change your First-Person camera view accordingly.
Plus, it's where I got those estimated heights in feet from, so I felt I'd be doing them a disservice by not mentioning it!

EXPLANATIONS:
Just in case anyone's wondering about the thought process here;
Altmer, Nords, and Orcs now TOWER above all other races. Altmer are the tallest, followed closely by Nords, who are followed closely by Orcs.
Redguards are believed to be slightly taller than the other Human races and as such, they stand at about 6 feet on average.
Argonians, Khajiit, and Dunmer are approximately the same height, at about 5'8", though Argonian women are slightly taller than Argonian men. There's no real reason for this, I just thought it'd be neat. Khajiit, however, can vary WILDLY in size, depending on their breed. I've assumed the typical Cathay breed, who stand about the same size as Men (assuming Imperials are considered the 'average' of all races.) A Cathay-Raht Khajiit could potentially stand over 7 feet tall!
Imperials stand at about 5'4" (women) and 5'7" (men), which is based on the average height of ancient Roman soldiers. The average man was about 5'4", while the average height for a Roman *army,* counting all of the soldiers, was about 5'7". According to Google, at least.
Bretons are slightly shorter than Imperials because... I said so.
Bosmer are now VERY short, with men standing at about 5'1", and the taller women standing at about 5'5". I based this on the Green Lady, who embodied the physical prowess of the Bosmer, so I felt like she should be a bit taller than her partner, the Silvenar! And then I just applied that to the rest of the Bosmer.
