AIO Merge Npc Replacers
Required Steps:

Download and install all the following main mods (for assets like textures and meshes):
- Girls of Whiterun
- Girls of Falkreath
- Shields Sister
- Girls of Winterhold
- Girls of Dawnstar
- Girls of Morthal
- Girls of Solitude
- Girls of Riften
- Girls of Markarth
- Girls of Windhelm
- Girls of Small Towns
- Girls of Blood
Delete all individual ESP files from these mods, and only keep the Girls of Npc Replacers.esp
Make sure the Meshes and Textures folders from each mod are still installed — the AIO ESP uses these assets.

Remove NPCs Using xEdit (SSEEdit)

Open xEdit (SSEEdit).
Load the mod’s
Expand the mod and go to Non-Player Character (Actor).
Find the NPC you want to remove.
Right-click on the NPC ➔ Click Remove.
Save the plugin.
Don’t forget to also delete the corresponding .nif and .dds files in the FaceGenData folders to avoid blackface or leftover changes.
