Basics

This patch converts most of the existing container/statics/activators in Elianora's Beginner shack into appropriate general stores activators. For people that want to use General stores with this home by Elianora. Should be clean. Was made entirely with SSE CK and other people's canned scripts so no porting weirdness. This is a simple straightforward no-frills patch, made by me so you don;t have to make one yourself. Nothing complicated .


I made a bunch of these patches for personal use on oldrim, but lost them all during a hard drive failure. Now that I've switched to SSE, I'm backing up my work in the best way possible -- by giving to other people.

  • A fresh save where you have not entered the shack yet.

Installing on an existing save where you have already visited the shack is a little more trouble than a fresh save. This is because despite being removed, Eli's original activator scripts can still be in your save and will point to the old hidden dummy containers (which I have left intact for the main file). The scripts for the GS activators will still work, but they'll also trigger the old containers simultaneously and it will be awkward to use. I have provided an alternate esp file where I delete the unused  dummy containers, but be forewarned that you will DEFINITELY LOSE ANYTHING STORED IN  THOSE ORIGINAL CONTAINERS so please empty them first. TL;DR if you want to install this on an existing save, use the alternate .esp and make sure you empty the Shack first.

Plans

Will probably soon be making one of these patches for the newest 5.0.1 version of Elysium Estate SSE as well. There's already one out here for 4.3.5, but  it's over a year old now and I don't know if the authour has any plans to make a current version. Will work on this, time permitting.
