Vuoksi is a river in my old home town, also the word vuoksi can mean any the tide or any river, really.

All basic crafting stations.
It's a starter home, not a master magister's lair with fancy staff enchanters and shiez
• Use the "Cooking Surface" by the fire place to craft Hearthfires food
• Bed gives Well Rested bonus
• 3 planting soils outside the house
• Navmeshed. Duh?
• Lots of custom unique storage, as always
• Day and night cycle
• Custom music inside the house
• It will be hilarious to see YouTube mod reviewers trying to pronounce the name of the house
