Heyho, as Vortex now becomes more and more popular, maybe you could build in a possibility to define a custom output folder?
Vortex tries to keep your data folder clean, but it just isn't able to detect customly geenrated files, so when you purge the mods, there will stay fragment files. The ones generated by your tool are included in those fragments. One solution just could be to generate those files within a folder in your Vortex mods folder and not into the game data folder directly. DynDOLOD or BodySlide are two examples for tools with that feature.
Yours is a great mod and a great feature, but this just would be the cherry pick on top
