This project began with the thought :

“How fun would it be to adventure in the open world of Skyrim using For Honor's combat?”

I started with little skill, but after several reworks, I was able to bring it to this point. I believe it was all possible thanks to the support and encouragement from so many friends.

For Honor’s combat is specialized for 1:1 fights, so it may not fit perfectly with Skyrim,
but I’ve done my best to adapt the movesets to match Skyrim’s style and
redesigned the combat system to provide a fresh experience.

The most important thing to me in combat was ease of control.

With simple controls, you can automatically perform dodge, counter, and follow-up attacks.

Parry Attack



When using a normal attack while moving backward, it perfectly blocks the enemy’s attack.
If you succeed in a parry with precise timing, it completely blocks all damage and partially restores stamina.
It then transitions into a parry attack that knocks the enemy back.

This feature may not work properly if you’re using other stagger or poise mods.






Shield Parry Attack



Shield parry has a longer block window compared to regular parry.
When you successfully parry an enemy’s attack with a shield,
it automatically triggers a parry attack as a counter.

This feature may not work properly if you’re using other stagger or poise mods.






Back Power Attack



When performing a power attack while moving backward,
it bypasses the enemy's guard and delivers a powerful blow that knocks them back.

This feature may not work properly if you’re using other stagger or poise mods.







Follow-Up Attack



After performing an attack that knocks the enemy back,
quickly using a power attack will trigger a follow-up attack.

This feature may not work properly if you’re using other stagger or poise mods.







Left / Right Dodge, Attack (Options)



This is a left and right dodge and attack mechanic.
When moving left or right and using a normal attack, a dodge animation will be triggered.
Since this simply replaces the normal attack animation with a visual one,no separate dodge mod is required.
You can seamlessly chain into a normal attack or power attack right after a dodge.

Power Attack Effect (Options)



If you’ve played For Honor before, these effects and sounds will feel familiar.
In some power attack animations, they’re used purely as visual effects without any actual abilities.
They do not apply to enchanted weapons.

After reviewing all these features, you might feel that the combat system gives too much of an advantage to the player.

That’s why I recommend using the For Honor Power Attack mod as your power attack trigger mod.

For Honor Power Attack changes the power attack key to right-click, effectively removing the block key.

By restricting the block function, players are encouraged to rely on parry attacks and dodging instead.

This helps balance the combat—while players may have the upper hand in 1 vs 1 fights,
they’ll be at a disadvantage in 1 vs many situations, which naturally restores the balance.

Installation Notes

These are some things to keep in mind when installing For Honor in Skyrim.

Assuming that all necessary mods are installed properly,
For Honor in Skyrim itself has a simple structure that requires just installation to operate.


If you're installing MCO for the first time with my mod, please make sure to install all required mods and MCO first.
Test that MCO is working properly before installing For Honor in Skyrim.

- All attacks combined with directional movement can be used at any time.
