A : No, it could cause issues for PBR mods.

A : Do not tick the "Use MO2 loose file order" on ParallaxGen and sort your pbr mods properly on the conflict resolution prompt.
LOD guide
If you're planning to run DynDOLOD, do the following steps :
- Disable this mod
- Run PG Patcher and install the output
- Run TexGen and install the output
- Run DynDOLOD but dont install the output
- Enable this mod and rerun PG Patcher
- Now you can install and enable DynDOLOD output
