Added second floating lantern to BOS file, thanks to Roastlawyer
Esp version is now contained in the main FOMOD from Roastlawyer's Restored Whiterun Defences. If you don't need to worry about reaching the mod cap, far simpler to use that. Leaving the BOS version up for those close to the mod limit. Though you can have 4096 light plugins, so for most people this won't be necessary.
