As I loaded up these meshes in CK, I noticed massive flickering. It disappeared after running full optimization in Cathedral Assets Optimizer. Main file: Boiled Water is now removed from any LL. This is to improve compatibility with Last Seed, RND, CACO, or any other mod adding their own water.

(> As I was working on the CACO patch, I've noticed that drinks made with Alcohol were missing the proper keyword. That should now be fixed.) Nevermind, I was mistaken to think alcohol tag was a vanilla thing. It wasn't. Reversed.
CACO patch small update: Added LL conflict fixes. Drinks are now in the same list for inns as CACO juices and such. Rusty Teapot can spawn for Misc Traders again.

Since USSEP dependency was initially based on nothing but LL conflict, that is now a separate patch. That said, USSEP's changes to scrolls list remains, as it does not require a dependency. The fixes USSEP provided were crucial, and I have a lot of respect for the patch. Just not for the mandatory CC requirements it has in later versions.
CACO patch: Drinks now require CACO water.
Big thanks to Last Seed patch, both in spirit and on the techical level (Boiled Water disabled).
Recipe changes other than that are minimal: Winter Mead, Ale, and Wine require 1 Seasoning (in addition to fruit and alcohol required previously), Sweet Sugar Tea requires 3 Sugar instead of 3 Honeycombs.
Alcohol wise, Stamina regen debuff is removed in favour of CACO effects of the respective alcohols.
Calming Blue Tea provides a small Sleep Aid instead of Magicka Regen boost. (Health regen remains.)
All drinks have CACO spoil keyword.
Survival CC patch: Sweetened Teas fix carried over.
RND patch: Sweetened Tea fix carried over. Also, Boiled Water recipe is now disabled in a civilized manner.

Bug: as reported by igotnousername, Sweetened Tea used to dispel blessings.
Sorry for the long wait and BIG thank you for the extensive info in the report.
Fixed by referencing potion effects, and not blessings. Magnitude of the effects remains the same.
Currently, I would consider the effects of the drinks in this mod waaay too OP, btw.

Removed vanilla drinks edits. Minor fixes for names, recipes. Boiled water sells for nothing now. Removed unnecessary edits. WoodiePL's bandits' leveled lists fix included.
RND patch updated too. Also drinks now weight 1 instead of 0.5, cause that's the weight of 'Water' item from RND (water in flagons from inkeeps).
