Inigo works with all versions of Skyrim SE/AE. You may be having a Vortex problem. Have you tried uninstalling Inigo, and reinstalling with a fresh download? If that doesn't work, ask under Vortex support, and include more details than just 'not working'. Does the file not activate (Inigo does not show up in game)? Or is there some other problem?
i have tried reinstallling it but yea inigo dosen't show up and neither do his items on the table like "Mr.dragonfly", obviusely i unzipped the mod folder into the data folder in skyrim sse folder and added a copy of it in the vortex launcher too and deployed the mods too but still no luck, it might be that i need to restart my game cuz i added him midgame (around when you go to whiterun for the first time i have been having the same problem with other follower mods too.
I don't know about other follower mods, but it is perfectly fine to add Inigo mid-game, even late game (you just miss his commentary on early quests, etc). So that isn't the reason. I am not sure if, with Vortex, you are supposed to have mod files both in the data folder and in Vortex. I don't use Vortex myself. You really need to ask under Vortex support, because it sounds like the mod just is not getting activated properly to take effect. I am sure someone in the Vortex community can tell you exactly how to get it sorted out. Just be sure to tell them that you put the mod both in the data folder and in Vortex, and that the mod is not taking effect in-game.
