    Hi. Thanks for making this, but I had a problem in my game between this and:

    Adventurer's Sketchbook
    Research Notes for Malrus' quest
    Curator's Guidebook for LOTD

    In each case, the book would freeze on opening. The pages could not be turned. No interaction was possible. After tabbing to close the book, the book then disappeared entirely from the inventory. got renamed with <Missing Name> tag.

    Missives also regularly came up as <Missing Name> tagged.

    This is with the optional file.

    I'm not 100% it's this mod. It may be as a result of a combined interaction with one of the (many) other mods I have installed, but uninstalling QOL Item Tags did solve this for me.

      Same. If you place the Optional file IgnoredFormIdsExample.txt in the specified path, the game starts. There is an unknown error log entry if the file is missing.

    Been using the mod for about 3 days... constant CTDs... I know it is caused by this mod because of my crashlog.

    If I can offer you any information to let you troubleshoot... just let me know.  But for now I will disable the mod.

    I am playing a late game champ, and have thousands of inventory items... Using LOTD auto-craft... not sure what else I can tell you.

    Once uninstalled, all quest item names are marked with [Q][N] in front of them, and even reloading this mod won't fix it.

      Yes I'm aware. Originally I thought changing the names of items wasn't save game persistent, but apparently they are if the item reference is persistent, which quest items are. I'm working on an update to fix this as well as improve performance.

    Does it seem to clash with Alchemy Plus or CACO? Alchemy Plus will renames potions, CACO also has a set of potions renaming rules, when I make potions in the Alchemy table, it sometimes crashes, just sometimes, crash log analysis mentioned that it is related to the dll of this MOD, After my test, after canceling this MOD, I made a lot of potions at will, game without CTD.so I come to feedback, this is the crash log,Hope you can find some ways to improve, I really like this MOD

    How do I remove a tag after disabling the mod?!
    I currently have a quest item tag on the black books and the elder scroll. If I reinstall the mod and add a new tag, the tag is added in front of the old tag. This mod corrupted the item names.

    rolling back to a save made a week ago helped.
    I didn't expect that the skse plugin could destroy the save so directly, this is something new.

    It would be nice if the tag was automatically removed after a certain amount of time.

    It conflicts with Dialogue History, which makes it impossible to use.

    Hey, excellent mod, especially for showing quest items! But I noticed a small issue in the shop menu: when the number of items is between 1 and 5, buying one causes the remaining items to have their names changed, making them appear first in the list. However, the mouse cursor stays where the previous item was, so spamming the buy button (E) becomes impossible. I temporarily disabled the 'Tag New' option. Is there any workaround for this besides disabling it?

      Thanks, glad you like the mod :) yes I can disable refreshing the menu if the barter menu is open. I’ll update soon.

      As a temporary workaround, you can try sorting the merchant's inventory by weight or value instead of name.
