Hell yeah, about time this mod got back! Shame Someguy2000 never made any of his other planned Skyrim mods, but even this is something that vanilla Skyrim was really missing: a proper continuation of the story of the victorious side in the Civil War. I really love the dark, gritty and somewhat hopeless atmosphere here. It feels more like what I think Skyrim SHOULD have been like culturally.
Einarr is by far the best character. He would've made far better Jarl of The Pale than Skald...
How compatible is this mod if it is added to a modlist such as Gate to Sovngarde? Will it cause conflicts or crashes with all of the other mods? If so, is there a patch available for fixing any conflicts? Thanks.
mod author isnt responsible for patches for large collections. you'd be better off asking the collections creator, or not modifying a big collection if u dont know what ur doing.
Before I start, I'd just like to say that I loved your work in the "New Vegas Bounties" series. They're some of my favourite mods ever!
To the matter at hand (SPOILER WARNING):
In the quest where I have to kill Ortranil, after speaking with Gorth the Well-Spoken, I keep getting a CTD mere seconds after I load in the boat section, where the Stormcloaks and Thalmor fight. I assume this could be an issue on my end of things, but I just wanted to know if this was a known problem with a somewhat easy solution that I'm just not seeing. Is there a fix?
Does this mod include as the description mentions, "including the inevitable war with the Aldmeri Dominion" or is that in another mod? If it is another.....what mod? How did Bethesda release this game and not include war with the Aldmeri Dominion in a DLC... For the requirement, Is it only the Hjalti's Hammer resource needed? and would this version of Ghosu be sufficent? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/58095?tab=description
Finally thank you for this port and your work overall, respect.
Long story. Basically the user who ported them used their mods to troll people pretty hard and so when they were banned all of the mods they had ever uploaded were not just delisted, but completely wiped from the Nexus servers.
If using MO2 you can activate the mod and leave the plugin off so long as the files are not contained in a .bsa. It should work the same in any mod manager. You can even delete the plugin entirely from the mod folder and all the textures and meshes that aren't for thor2.
Sorry if I'm missing something, but I already have the "Blood of The Nord SSE" installed for a long time. Is this another version? Was the other taken down for some reason?
The user who ported them got banned for hardcore trolling via the mods they uploaded. The ports weren't trolling, of course, but they all went in the ban.
This is ported from the original mod and I doubt the "SSE" one would match the quality, as you can see from the changelog.
Thanx a lot in the first place by saving Someguy2000's mods from oblivion. I already started wondering what's going on here ;-) Since i was already playing Blood of the North. Now i understand from your comments the whereabouts of these mods.

And yes, that Ghosu version is a compatible source for the requirements, I'll add it.
