I don't think it's wonk tbh, it's a pretty normal weapon mods, the only thing it's wrong with it is the really ugly weapons, but still, it can be fixed with the Spears of Skyrim model addon xd
Javelin is still pretty ugly tbh and outdated Ugly ass little stick, pointy and ugly. Don't even shoot most of the time.
If you have an issue with the spears, bring it up to the creator. Tho I'm sure they won't care what you think on the perfectly fine design of the spears.
