First, I followed your load order suggestions. I LOVE it when mod authors give you that!
I can go in that hall and access both the Markarth Sewers door and, further down that hall, the Nchuand-Zel Scriptorium door. I was able to use both doors to enter their respective cells, then come back to the Warrens. So far; so good.
Unfortunately, there seems to be an incompatibility (or maybe a conflict) between this patch and New Beginnings - Alternate Perspective Extension. One of the New Beginnings options apparently is to start Skyrim as a beggar in the Warrens. Where you put the "Door to Eslaf's Room" seems to be the exact same place where there is a door called "Dwemer Metal Door". More Informative Console tells me that door is from New Beginnings - Alternate Perspective Extension.
To get into the room, since both doors occupy the same space, I clicked Open Dwemer Metal Door, then used the console "unlock" command to unlock the Door to Eslaf's Room.
I do not know what is supposed to be in that room. I have the Bittercup AE content, but have never played it. I am on level 1 just (forever) testing stuff.
What I see in there is a small empty room with no other way out. There is just a hay bed (from New Beginnings) on the ground to sleep on. Most of the other surfaces in there are Skyrim.esm assets. Is that what is supposed to be there?
Oh, there is one other thing in the room. In my game there is also an Argonian child from BeastHHBB's mod _Adoptable Beast Children named Waits-for-Fredas. The kid is swinging a pick, doing a mining animation. The poor kid is trapped in there behind the locked door. Maybe _Adoptable Beast Children doesn't need a patch if the other things get fixed? Or maybe just moving the kid into the main Warrens room would be enough? Again, I don't know what Eslaf's Room is supposed to have in it.
Having said all that, I am really grateful that you are providing a fix for this whole issue that is allowing these other great mods (Sewers, Lost Passages - The Hidden City, Bittercup, etc) to exist in the same game! Hopefully we can get New Beginnings and maybe even Adoptable Beast Children, too. Thank you!
