If you are already using the WTT patch from the ACMOS FOMOD, and you don't plan to use Water for ENB, then this patch is completely redundant. Otherwise, you no longer need the original WTT patch from the ACMOS FOMOD.
Here is the guide if you want to patch Worldspace Transition Tweaks with other variants of A Clear Map of Skyrim and Other Worlds or any other mods:
Open Creation Kit or SSEdit and load your map mods with Worldspace Transition Tweaks
Create a patch esp (should be ESL flagged), add your map mods, Worldspace Transition Tweaks - Skyrim To Solstheim.esp, and WTT - Skyrim-Solstheim - Worldsetting.esp as the master files.
Copy worldspaces Tamriel and DLC2SolstheimWorld from your map mods (if they exists) into your newly created patch. (Only the top-level records should be enough)
Forward the Max Height Data and Object Bounds from WTT - Skyrim-Solstheim - Worldsetting.esp to your newly created patch.
Now you should have two records (worldspaces Tamriel and DLC2SolstheimWorld) in your patch, whose data are same to your map mods except the Max Height Data and Object Bounds. Save it and load it into your load order.
I do think there should be a Synthesis Patcher or similar thing to finish the processure automatically, or using Bash Tags to guide a bash patch.
